The Primrose Fairy

The Primrose opens wide in spring;
Her scent is sweet and good:
It smells of every happy thing
In sunny lane and wood.
I have not half the skill to sing
And praise her as I should.

She's dear to folk throughout the land;
In her is nothing mean:
She freely spreads on every hand
Her petals pale and clean.
And though she's neither proud nor grand,
She is the Country Queen.

The Poppy Fairy

Poppy flower fairies
The green wheat's a-growing,
The lark sings on high;
In scarlet silk a-glowing,
Here stand I.

The wheat's turning yellow,
Ripening for sheaves;
I hear the little fellow
Who scares the bird-thieves.

Now the harvest's ended,
The wheat-field is bare;
But still, red and splendid,
I am there.

about:

Hello one and all!
My name is Amit, I'm an 18 year old who just finished school. Currently working to be able to afford any college of my choice and developing my skills and hobbies.

Talking about my hobbies...
I love all types of art and am a crafter myself. I do mainly knitting, sewing, embroidery and started silversmithing about a year ago. You can see all of those in the "my art" part of the site!
Apart from those I'm an avid fantasy lover, watching movies or shows, books and playing d&d are a huge part of my life.
In the future I hope to study costume design. I have a passion for theater and costumes, especially historical costuming, clothing and fashion trends.

Neocities and coding in general is something I'm very new to, i never had any interest in learning code but when my two best friends suggested we all open websites and learn together I tried it. Surprisingly I love it!
I want this to be a place where I document my thoughts, experiences and sweaters. Kind of like a virtual diary but pretty and pink. This website will probably always be under construction that's like all the fun, links to my friends sites will be below.
